I'm annoyed

It turns out that the Daylight Saving Time change put into effect this year - much to the annoyance of IT guys like myself - did not produce any meaningful energy savings. So we spent hundreds of man-hours at the University alone to prove what it obviously true - either businesses spend the energy in the evening, or homeowners spend it in the morning. Thanks for nothing, Congress.
